Q1: What is your payment terms?
A1: Our company policy is payment by T/T before shipment.
(For small sample amount less than USD500.00, we can accept payment by PayPal.)
Q2: What is your warranty condition?
A2: We warrant the product of Beauty Scope to be in good working condition for a period of 1 year under normal/regular operation. If malfunction occurs, we will be responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge within the period commencing from the date of original purchase.
(But as our company always insist in using stable materials and we have strict quality control, generally the product can be used for 2 or 3 years without any problem. Even when you meet any special condition in future, you can inform us the problem condition . And according to your description, maybe we should only suggest you to make some adjustment to fix it; or if we judge the unit cannot be handled at your side, maybe we will suggest you to send it back for repairing purpose.)
The free warranty service does not cover the damages in the following conditions:
►Improper usage (damaged through misuse, abuse/modified, altered, repaired by persons other than technician of manufacturer/connected to wrong voltage, wrong system/failed to follow the operation instructions provided, etc.)
►Natural disaster (such as earthquake, typhoon, etc.) or fire disaster.
►Natural damage of spare parts or exhaustion of consumption parts.
For any defect under the conditions shown in item 2 of above or the defect is over the warranty period, a reasonable maintenance fee will be charged.
Q3: Where is the country of origin of your products? Do you have any certificate?
A3: To keep the quality & stability, all our products are made in Taiwan. We strictly follow burning quality inspection (at least
24 hours continuously) to make sure each unit is in good working condition before it is delivered.
We have CE certificate for the full range of our Video Microscopes.
